Essexmoving.co.uk is owned and run by two brothers from Chelmsford. Between us we have nearly ten years experience in the property market- both being former Estate Agents. We have worked in various locations across Essex including Chelmsford-the County town of Essex and in Bishop's Stortford on the Essex/Hertfordshire border. We both have a vast experience of selling property, valuing and chasing sales from offer accepted until exchange of contracts and completion.
The Future of the Internet
We found more and more our leads were coming from property websites and we realised that the internet is undoubtedly the future of the property market. We also realised, having been involved with chains that involved private sales, that this was a viable option for selling property and not that difficult to do after all. We realised that we could provide people with a service that would save them time, money and effort and yet still effectively sell houses.
A Local Site For Local People
We decided we would like to keep the site to a local area so that we could still keep the personal touch as much as possible. There are many property websites out there but very very few for just one local area. We want Essexmoving.co.uk to be the first and only place needed to look for a property in Essex so that when people are searching for a property, whether they are from the area or new to Essex, they know where to look.
As mentioned elsewhere on the site we would be more than happy to offer you advice at no extra cost-and as there are no estate agents involved, we will give you an opinion and then you decide what you want to do-its your advert so no pressure!!
